Atlanta, GA: Danny Jordan, a Southern Polytechnic University graduate, joins the J. Tucker Development team as the Vice President of Construction, bringing with him over fourteen years of construction management experience.
Jordan is thrilled to be a part of the J. Tucker Development team and “is looking forward to the many exciting projects that are currently in the pipeline.” His experience includes completing over 3,400 residential units and construction in retail centers, office buildings and restaurants throughout the country. Jordan’s background as a Certified Professional Constructor as well as a member of Sigma Lambda Chi, the prestigious national honor society for construction majors, bring skills to the table necessary to propel J. Tucker Development to the next level.
Development Manager Zach Schaumburg begins a new chapter in the company as he is promoted to Vice President of Development for J. Tucker Development Partners. This change is brought on in part due to the tremendous growth J. Tucker Development has experienced since its’ inception in 2005.

Schaumburg’s impressive education which includes an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Advertising and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development, along with years of experience in the field, are well suited for his new position as Vice President. Drawing from his experience in land planning and development management, his current focus is on new projects, site acquisitions, and managing projects under development. Before joining J. Tucker Development Partners, Schaumburg worked on infill hotel, condominium and retail developments in Atlanta.
